Tenants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into rental agreements.
Tenants must provide accurate personal and identification details and keep login credentials confidential.
Properties must be used only for lawful residential, commercial, PG/Hostel, or Happy Stay purposes.
Tenants are responsible for timely payment of rent, deposits, maintenance, and utility charges as agreed.
Tenants must maintain cleanliness and are liable for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear.
Vacating and cancellation shall be governed by the property-specific terms agreed with the Owner.
UngaRent is only a platform and is not responsible for disputes, damages, or service quality.
There is no refund or cancellation for Tenants on the UngaRent App. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded or cancelled for any reason. Any settlement, if agreed, is strictly between the Tenant and the Owner.
Owners must have legal ownership or authorization to rent the listed property.
Owners must provide true and correct information regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
Owners must comply with all local laws, housing regulations, safety norms, and tax requirements.
Owners must ensure the property is delivered in a habitable and safe condition as described.
Owners are responsible for handling rent, deposits, and refunds as agreed with Tenants.
Owners must clearly define house rules, check-in/check-out times, and amenities.
UngaRent acts as an intermediary and is not liable for losses arising from tenant-owner disputes.
UngaRent does not provide or process refunds for Owners. All payments, refunds, or adjustments are the sole responsibility of the Owner and must be handled directly with the Tenant.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
UngaRent reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
